The process I utilize to ensure the best possible outcomes for my clients is to listen to the their full range of needs in seeking to buy, rent or invest in real estate.  A consultation with my clients is just the beginning of the process followed by a careful evaluation of how to best achieve client goals.  At this point I will formally be engaged by clients to represent them in pursuing a successful real estate transaction according to their goals and desired outcome.

Whether you are a first-time homebuyer, experienced buyer, investing in real estate or selling your home it can be a complex process. As a buyer working with me, you’ll find a home in the neighborhood where you want, one that fits your budget and meets your goals for features, quality and value. Once you’ve found the home that’s right for you, I will guide you through the process of making an offer; negotiating the terms of the sale; getting your potential purchase inspected, repaired and appraised; and closing the sale.

As a listing agent working with sellers, my job is to provide ease and handle the real estate transaction for you! I begin the process with a consultation where we discuss a property specific home valuation, market trends and marketing strategy. We’ll assist in preparing your home for sale with professional photos, potential repairs and staging. Finally we list your home and provide maximum market exposure by email blasts, door knocking, website syndication and social media promotion. You’ll be in good hands every step of the way!

In my role as a commercial real estate agent I help clients with all facets in their search for all types of commercial property to lease or purchase.  Whether it is office space, retail locations, or industrial facilities, once engaged as a client I will perform the following tenant or lessee services: needs assessment, market analysis,property search, property tours, lease negotiation, due diligence, space customization arrangements and build-out needs.


What is the first step in the home buying process?

The first step is to schedule a buyer consultation with me! I provide a free hour consultation to go over your homeownership goals, price point, timeline and to educate you on the home buying process.

How long does it take to buy a home?

The home buying process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. I recommend that if you’d like to purchase a home, to prepare 6 months to a year in advance. The exact time frame will depend on a number of factors, but typically once under contract to purchase it takes anywhere from 21-30 days to close on a property.

How do I start the process of selling my home?

I provide a comprehensive two step listing process which includes a property valuation, market analysis & robust marketing proposal of how to get the property sold. Book a consultation with me if you’re curious on the value of your home!

How do I find a commercial space for lease?

As a commercial advisor, we are happy to represent you as a tenant. Our tenant representative services include site selection, scheduling tours, drafting LOIs & negotiating the lease on your behalf.

How long does the commercial leasing process take?

The commercial leasing process can take anywhere from a few months to a year depending on the availability of properties and the negotiation process.
